Blueberry keto smoothie recipe

This Blueberry Keto Smoothie fits the keto diet perfectly, as it's loaded with healthy fats and has only about 8 net carbs. Healthy fats come aplenty, via avocado, coconut milk, almond butter and pumpkin seeds. Blueberries and cardamom add more flavor and antioxidants. The concoction is yum!

The power ingredient is Keto Protein Vanilla, which has high-quality protein and fat from chicken bone broth and coconut MCTs plus energizing antioxidant and adaptogenic herbs. On top of that are 50mg of caffeine from organic coffee fruit.

Have it in the morning to power you through half of your day!

How to Make a Keto Smoothie

This is one of the easiest smoothies to make. Simply cut open the avocado, pop out the seed and scoop out the "meat" and add to a high-powered blender, along with rest of ingredients.

Blend thoroughly and enjoy!
