Question 1

What is a Foundational Kit?

Accepted Answer

A Foundational Kit is an expert-curated wellness routine designed to simplify supplementation. Each kit combines complementary products selected by our team of wellness experts to support specific health goals while making it easier to build consistent daily habits.

Question 2

Who are the Foundational Kits designed for?

Accepted Answer

Each kit is designed for a specific wellness goal or life stage. Whether you're looking to support healthy aging after 40, men's wellness, everyday foundational nutrition, or metabolic and gut health, there's a kit designed to meet your needs.

Question 3

Why should I buy a kit instead of the products individually?

Accepted Answer

The Foundational Kits remove the guesswork by combining products that work well together in one simple routine. In addition to the supplements, you'll also receive educational resources, milestone check-ins and more. Bonus: buying the kit is much more cost effective than buying each supplement separately.

Question 4

When should I take the products?

Accepted Answer

Each kit includes a recommended routine, and your Foundational Kit Guide provides detailed guidance. In general, consistency matters more than the exact time of day. Find a schedule that works for you and stick with it.

Question 5

Do I need to take every product every day?

Accepted Answer

The daily variety pack is intended for everyday use. Protein powders can be enjoyed 3-4 times a week whenever you want a quick boost of protein. Your Foundational Kit Guide provides suggested usage for each product.

Question 6

Should I take my capsules with food?

Accepted Answer

You can take your supplements with or without food. Some people prefer taking them alongside a meal, while others take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Either way works. If you notice any stomach sensitivity, taking them with food may be helpful.

Question 7

How long should I stay on my Foundational Kit?

Accepted Answer

The Foundational Kits are designed to help build on-going wellness habits rather than provide a short-term solution. We suggest committing to your routine for at least 90 days to establish consistency and create a strong foundation for ongoing wellness.

Question 8

Can I add other Ancient Nutrition products to my routine?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The Foundational Kits are designed to provide a strong nutritional foundation and can easily be complemented with additional products based on your individual wellness goals.

Question 9

What makes these kits different from other supplement bundles?

Accepted Answer

Unlike generic bundles, every Foundational Kit is intentionally curated by our wellness experts. The products were selected to complement one another while supporting multiple interconnected systems.

Question 10

What if I miss a day?

Accepted Answer

Missing a day won't undo your progress. Simply pick back up with your normal routine the next day; there's no need to double up on servings to catch up. Consistency over time is what supports lasting results, not perfection on any single day. If you have questions about what's right for your personal needs, check in with your healthcare practitioner.

Question 11

When can I expect to notice results?

Accepted Answer

Everyone's experience is different. While some people may notice changes sooner than others, the primary goal of the Foundational Kits is to help establish consistent daily wellness habits that support sustained health. Building those habits is often the first and most important milestone.

Question 12

Why can I only purchase the kits on subscription?

Accepted Answer

This Foundation Kit is only offered as a subscription to establish a consistent routine and helps ensure that next month’s supplements are delivered on time and will be in stock. In addition, a subscription provides added savings and convenience. Subscriptions are flexible and can be changed, paused, or canceled at any time. If you're looking for a one-time purchase of any of the products in the kit, they are available separately on our website.

Question 13

Question 14

Can I exchange one product in my kit for a different flavor or product?

Accepted Answer

Whey Protein + Fat Loss* Blend: This item isn't eligible for exchange but can be returned according to our return policy. Question 15

Are your products produced in a facility with allergens?

Accepted Answer

We now have a disclaimer that is on ALL of our products: "Produced on equipment that may also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybean, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, egg." This is a voluntary disclaimer and our formulations have not changed. Our manufacturers are required to have Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. These allergen programs are in place to prevent cross contamination after each run by proper cleaning procedures. Allergen swab testing is also done after running an allergen containing product. We test finished products for allergens prior to designating as “Free” of. We also follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) which helps maintain allergen segregation.
