Pomegranate mocktail

Whether New Year’s Eve is around the corner or you’re just looking for a seasonal holiday mocktail, here is one of the best recipes: a pomegranate mocktail.

Pomegranates are the perfect holiday fruit, for they're loaded with health benefits … and their color and flavor really match the winter holidays. The juice also makes for a great base for a mocktail, as you will see.

Pomegranate Mocktail Ingredients

The pomegranate is one of the healthiest fruits. Brimming with beneficial antioxidants and polyphenols, studies indicate that it can help promote healthy inflammation levels, boost brain function and even help promote healthy blood pressure.

Juice of a lime and an orange is also used. Not only do these fruit juices marry well with the pomegranate juice, but they also add plenty of vitamin C.

Sparkling or mineral water is also called for to add some fizz to the drink along with providing some bubbles that help make you feel full (satiety!).

Lastly, this recipe asks for one of our most popular products: Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within, with guava passionfruit flavor. This supplement adds more tropical flavor to this pomegranate mocktail, plus it give you support for your skin, joints and gut. Beauty Within also includes 90 milligrams of vitamin C, so combined with the other ingredients, each drink provides 122 milligrams of vitamin C, or 143 percent of your Daily Value.

How to Make a Pomegranate Mocktail

In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, add in pomegranate juice, Multi Collagen Protein Beauty Within guava passionfruit, lime juice and orange juice.

Vigorously shake for one minute until the collagen has dissolved and everything is thoroughly combined.

Pour into a cocktail glass or champagne. Add sparkling water and top with an orange slice and sprig of rosemary.
